The property is approached up a half mile shared private tarmac drive. Gates lead into the rear of the house (Craig-y-Llydan is to the left and Craig-y-Don to the right) with a large parking area.

The dining room opens onto a roof terrace with table and chairs and views to the sea - great for outdoor meals and drinks in fine weather.

Paving stones and gravel lead round the side of the house. The front of Craig-y-Llydan is laid mainly to grass with a large garden table and seats: ideal to enjoy a glass of wine and the legendary Rhosneigr sunsets. A slipway leads directly to the beach.
